FALL RABIES CLINIC

 Keith Costello, Acting Health Officer is pleased to announce that the Cedar Grove Health Department will be offering a FREE Fall Rabies Clinic for pets needing license renewals.  The New Jersey State Health Department now recommends revaccination every two years.

As per State Law, no pet licenses can be issued if rabies vaccination expires within the licensing year.

The program will be held on Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 28, 2022 at the Municipal Parking lot

525 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove

Dogs will be vaccinated from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. 

Cats will be vaccinated from 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM

Dogs and Cats should not be fed for (6) six hours prior to the rabies vaccination. Each dog and cat must be on a leash or in a carrier and must be accompanied by an adult.

Please keep control of your pet at all times.
