This program will be instructed by Stacy Valdes-Davis a resident of Cedar Grove and a certified Yoga instructor for 10+ years. Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. This program is run all year, check forms below for designated season.

Adult Pickleball
What is Pickleball? The fastest growing sport in the country! Pickleball is also the fastest growing high school physical education sport, but is fit for all ages! Easy to learn, and fun to play, while maintaining good health and fitness! Pickleball is a paddle/sport that combines the features of Tennis, Ping Pong, and Badminton, with a few unique twists of its own. It is played indoors or outdoors on a court about half the size of a tennis court. Paddles & balls will be provided. This program is run in Fall & Spring only, check forms below for designated season.

Men’s Spring Softball League
This league is for Adult Men 18 years+ who are either; Residents of, Graduated from or Work in Cedar Grove or Verona Townships.
Who & Where
Adults 18 years +, Cedar Grove-Community Park or Verona-Community Center Field
When & Time
Games will be played Monday-Thursday evenings, starting 1st week of May, ending 1st week of August.
Men’s Spring Bocce League
This league is for Adult Men 18 years+ who are either; Residents of, Graduated from or Work in Cedar Grove.

When & Time
Matches will be played Monday-Thursday evenings, starting 1st week of May.
Senior Citizen Nutrition Program (currently closed until further notice)
This program is held at the Robert O’Toole Community Center and is free to all seniors in Essex County age 60+.
Hours of Operation: Center opens at 10:00am, lunch is served between 12:00-1:00pm and ends at 2:00pm.

The county will also provide free transportation by calling 973-618-1280 or letting CHRILL know you need a ride when signing up for lunch program.
